With a more classic profile of juniper and citrus, this contemporary dry gin is defined by native coastal daisy, ‘Olearia Axillaris’ which we pick from the shores of our island. The Olearia imparts sweet piney notes that play beautifully with juniper and zesty orange. These strong flavours are complimented with warm asian peppers in the background.
Sometimes referred to as ‘wild rosemary’, the use of coastal daisy for a variety of purposes, stretches back a millennia. We use it in our ever popular O Gin for its distinctly sweet piney notes. This Island native has wildly helped our O Gin achieve acclaim, accolades, and awards, both here in Australia and around the world.
