TAWNY CASK ROB ROY
Our tawny cask whisky brings layers of dried fruit, plum, and warm spice. Stirred with vermouth and bitters, it creates a Rob Roy that’s bold, rich, and deeply satisfying. A simple mix, but with the kind of depth only Kangaroo Island can deliver.
Ingredients
- 60ml Kangaroo Island Spirits Tawny Cask Single Malt
- 25ml Sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Brandied cherry or orange twist (for garnish)
Method
- Add whisky, vermouth and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled and smooth.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with a brandied cherry or a twist of orange peel.
